18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 59 years, male or female; 2.Serum Tppa, RPR test positive; 3.Diagnosed as nerve syphilis (paralytic dementia type); 4.Mini-mental state examination(MMSE) Rating: 11~26 points; 5.Female urinary pregnancy test negative during childbearing age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Consolidation of other infectious diseases; 3. Consolidation of severe internal medicine diseases; 4. Combination of tumors; 5. History of brain trauma and cerebrovascular disease; 6. With a family history of mental illness; 7. Persons who are unable to cooperate with treatment and regular follow-up.
