18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Hp positive was confirmed by C-urea breath test, rapid urease test, and fecal Hp antigen; 3. Willing to accept the project, examination and following-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other organic diseases, such as gastrointestinal ulcer, gastrointestinal cancer, heart disease or liver cirrhosis, etc.; 2. Use of the antibiotics, PPI or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within one month; 3. Suffering from psychosomatic diseases, fail to complete this project; 4. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Allergic to antibotics; 6. Pregnancy; 7. Other reasons not suitable to join this project.
