3 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with long-term portal hypertension combined with splenomegaly and severe hypersplenism, aged 3 to 16 years old; 2. preoperative severe splenomegaly + severe hypersplenism more than 3 times beforeoperation (WBC<2x10^9/L or PLT<50x10^9/L); 3. informed consent of the child's guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. liver transplantation is not expected for various reasons; 2. there are other combined diseases affecting white blood cell and / or platelet count; 3. death within one month after surgery or failure to follow up as required.
