Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=18 years and patients with breast cancer (invasive ductal cancer); (2) Bi-plane left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) >=53% and left ventricular long-axis strain >= 15% measured by echocardiography before chemotherapy; (3) Patients agree to perform contrast-enhanced echocardiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with severe arrhythmia such as ventricular dirhythm, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, etc.; (2) Complicated with severe valvular disease: aortic stenosis, aortic regurgitation, mitral stenosis and mitral regurgitation.
