Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who agreed to carry out the experiment after informed by clinical observation; 2. ASA ? ~ ?, scheduled for thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer under general anesthesia (single lobectomy + lymph node dissection).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hearing impairment; 2. History of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. History of neuropsychiatric diseases; 4. History of severe craniocerebral trauma, central nervous system complications; 5. Severe damage of liver and kidney function; 6. Sedatives, history of antidepressant use, history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 7. Illiterate, difficult to communicate, uncooperative patients.
