Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) thyroid papillary carcinoma (Bethesda VI) by pathology; (2) the diameter of nodules is less than 1cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With a family history of thyroid cancer; (2) Clinically confirmed cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; (3) The tumor invade the thyroid capsule or the extrathyroid tissues,eg.the adjacent trachea or recurrent laryngeal nerve.
