Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Urinary Retention after SCI; 2. Aged 18-60 years, male or female; 3. More than 300 ml residual urine were detected in their bladder; 4. Patients had clear consciousness and difficulty in urination; 5. Patients complained of distention and pain in lower abdomen; 6. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical course more than 1 year; 2. Combination of heart, liver or kidney failure endanger the safety of life at any time; 3. Women with pregnancy and lactation.
