Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the age is 6-18 years old, male or female, the primary school group is the first grade primary school, the junior high school group is the first grade junior high school, the high school group is the third grade high school; (2) the long-term residents in Dalian without migrants; (3) voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients taking PPI preparations, expectorants, antibiotics and/ or gastric motility drugs within 1 month before the trial; (2) digestive ulcers, esophageal and gastric tumors, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.; (3) have a history of gastric surgery; (4) there are digestive system alarming symptoms, such as progressive dysphagia, hematemesis, melena, obvious weight loss, anemia, etc.; (5) combined with serious insufficient heart, brain, liver, kidney or other organs diseases.
