Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stenosis of single segment and bilateral spinal canal was confirmed by imaging examination. 2. all patients had symptoms of nerve compression and intermittent claudication, which showed radiation pain of unilateral or bilateral lower extremities, numbness and powerlessness, and no improvement of symptoms for more than 3 months after regular conservative treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient with injury of cauda equina nerve, dysuria of urine and stool; 2. ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament, developmental spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis; 3. cardio-pulmonary causes, and so on.
