Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) prostate volume (PV)=30mL; (2) maximum flow rate (Qmax)=15 mL/s; (3) quality of life (QoL) score=3; (4) international prostate symptom score (IPSS)=8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) confirmed prostate cancer or history of prostate surgery; (2) acute prostatitis or urethritis; (3) neurogenic bladder and urethral injury.
