Inclusion criteria: Male or female; Aged over 18 years and less than 65 years; Diagnosis of T2DM; At least one treatment prior to the study.

Exclusion criteria: Patients with life expectancy less than 2 years; Patients involved in other trials; Patients who declined to participate.
