Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18 years or older; 2) It is necessary to take colodcopy for patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients in pregnancy; 2) Patients with gastroenterological bleeding; 3) Patients with organic biwel diseases; 4) Patients with known or suspicious allergies to any components of purgatives; 5) Patients with known or suspicious symptoms, signa or examination to indicate intestinal obstruction or perforation, toxic megacolon, medical history of colectomy, heart failure (grade III or IV), severe cardiovascular disease, severe liver failure or chronic kidney disease etc..
