Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of hypospadias; 2. Voluntarily sign the informed consent and follow up the time required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients with other genital diseases, including cryptorchidism, chromosomal abnormalities and endocrine function defects, were excluded. Patients with preoperative gene examination, AR receptor gene and SRD5A2 gene mutations and those who had received hormone therapy before surgery were also excluded.The exclusion criteria were an inability to communicate (including impairment of sensorium), an inability to provide informed consent, and mental illness.
