Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Confirmation of HER2-positive breast cancer (HER-2 immunohistochemistry (IHC) 3+ or HER-2 immunohistochemistry (IHC) 2+ with fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH)),trastuzumab application; 2) Aged at least 18 years; 3)LVEF=55%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Medical history of heart failure, moderate to severe valvular heart disease and ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation; 2) Radiotherapy for left breast cancer; 3) Patients in bad condition with a life expectancy less than one year; 4)Pregnancy.
