60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 60-80 years old; 2) Years of education: equal to or more than 6 years; 3) Non-regular exergamers: no exergame experiences within the 6 months; 4) Non aerobics: no regular exercise training within the 6 months; 5) Normal cognitive function; 6) Primary hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Systolic pressure is equal to or overthan 180mmHg; 2) Neuropathy or stroke; 3) Psychiatric illness; 4) Serious cardiopulmonary disease; 5) Traumatism; 6) Malignant tumor patients; 7) Patients who have the kidney disease
