Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients meets the diagnostic criteria of COPD and are in a stable period; 2) aged 45-80 years; 3) sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with bronchial asthma or bronchial asthma-copd overlap syndrome; 2) bronchiectasis, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and other chronic respiratory diseases; 3) complicated with serious cardiovascular diseases, liver, kidney, blood and other primary diseases of the system; 4) combined with malignant tumor; 5) other diseases affecting eosinophils, such as allergic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, eosinophilic gastroenteritis, and primary eosinophilia; 6) failing to cooperate with relevant inspection.
