Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) aged 2 to 12 years; (2) all the children were examined on admission and the pathogen culture experiment met the diagnostic criteria of mpp; (3) persistent hyperpyrexia (= 38.5 ?), cough, single macrolide antibiotics, no change or progressive aggravation of symptoms and imaging findings, consolidation of lung lobes with atelectasis, or pleural effusion of varying degrees, Serological mp-igm was positive and chest imaging findings were consistent with mycoplasma lobar pneumonia. (4) informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: (1) immunosuppression, liver and kidney insufficiency, history of cardiovascular and endocrine diseases, (2) allergy to anesthetic and analgesic drugs and use of anesthetic and analgesic drugs within three months; (3) the patients received fiberbronchoscopy and immunoregulatory drugs within three months, and (4) the primary diagnosis of alveolar lavage fluid showed mixed infection of bacteria or respiratory tract viruses.
