Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with total knee arthroplasty; 2. age ? 60 years old; 3. elderly people living alone; 4. ability to read and communicate; 5. have a smartphone; 6. Informed consent and cooperation with this study,Can be followed for three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with non-primary total knee arthroplasty; 2. patients with total knee arthroplasty due to trauma or other diseases; 3. patients with other serious diseases, etc.
