Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) being diagnosed with breast cancer between stage 0-III; 2) being within 5 years post-breast cancer diagnosis; 3) being able to read and write Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) had a diagnosed severe psychiatric disorder; 2) combined with other major diseases or organ dysfunction; 3) experienced breast cancer metastasis during research period.
