Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo curative surgery by VATS lobectomy for primary lung cancer and are at high risk of developing DVT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of DVT; 2. Coagulation disorders; 3. Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease; 4. Intraoperative conversion to thoracotomy.
