Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral or bilateral carotid atherosclerotic stenosis; 2. Degree of symptomatic carotid stenosis >50%; 3. Degree of asymptomatic carotid stenosis: >70%; 4. The subjects and their families voluntarily signed the informed consent for surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage within 3 months or fresh cerebral infarction within 2 weeks; 2. Uncontrolled hypertension; 3. Have severe bleeding tendency; 4. Complete occlusion of the diseased side carotid; 5. Patients with intracranial aneurysms cannot be treated in advance or at the same time; 6. Carotid bifurcation high or common carotid artery stenosis below the clavicular plane.
