Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects recruited from outpatient clinics: Patients who received OGTT test in the outpatient clinics of endocrinology department, Wuxi People's Hospital. 2. Subjects recruited in wards: Patients newly admitted to the Endocrinology department , Wuxi People's Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects recruited from outpatient clinics: (1) Patients who had been diagnosed with diabetes in the past; (2) Patients who used anti-diabetic drugs; (3) Aged < 18 years; (4) Pregnant and puerperal women; 2. Subjects recruited in wards: (1) Patients who had acute complications of diabetes mellitus; (2) Patients who had severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; (3) Patients who had digestive system disease; (4) Patients who had a history of abdominal surgery in half a year; (5) Patients who had acute infections; (6) Aged < 18 years; (7) Pregnant and puerperal women.
