Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 80 Patients with kidney tumor, aged 20 to 70 years, ASA I-II, no heart, lung or liver desease undergoing laparoscopic partial nephrectomy will be enrolled into this study at our hospital. A consent form was signed by all patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any conversion to laparotomy, any reason such as bleeding need second operation.
