Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paediatric patients who aged 1-5 years and ASA ?? undergoing orthopedic surgery for development dysplsia of the hip under general anaesthesia were recruited to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Abnormal coagulation function;(2) Abnormal nervous system function;(3) Mental illness cannot cooperate;(4) Damaged or infected skin at the puncture site;(5) Local anesthetic allergy to amides and drug allergy related to the test.
