Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. The first acute myocardial infarction (STEMI, NSTEMI) occurred within one month; 3. Killip grade I-III, or BNP > 100pg/ml, or NT-proBNP > 400pg/ml; 4. Subjects (or their legal representatives) have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiogenic shock or systemic systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg, lasting for more than 30 minutes; 2. Idiopathic cardiomyopathy complicated with valvular heart disease, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy or dilated cardiomyopathy; 3. Taboos in the Use of Antiplatelet and Anticoagulant Drugs; 4. RhBNP or nitroglycerin intolerance; 5. Need for mechanical ventilation; 6. Severe non-cardiogenic diseases such as severe hepatorenal insufficiency (total bilirubin greater than 3 times the normal upper limit, serum creatinine greater than 265 mmol/L) or malignant tumors, with a life expectancy of less than 1 year; 7. Coronary revascularization with CABG.
