Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with radical resection of prostate cancer; 2. Patients with initial treatment; 3. Hospitalized patients aged 45 to 85 years; 4. Patients who are willing to sign informed consent; 5. Fasting for 6 hours before surgery, and abstinence for 2 to 3 hours; 6. Length of stay is more than 72 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergies or previous allergy to a variety of drugs, especially to local anesthetics. 2.Abdominal infection or general infection. 3.Patients with high risk of severe cardiac renal dysfunction may influence the evaluation of safety evaluation. 4.Mental disorders, alcohol dependence, and drug abuse history. 5.Participated in other clinical researchers three months prior to the trial. 6.Other researchers consider him inappropriate to participate in the study.
