Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: patients with refractory rhinosinusitis; Control group: non-refractory rhinosinusitis patients. 2. Han nationality, age 18-65, male or female. 3. Subjects read and fully understand the patient's instructions, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by oncogenic diseases of nasal cavity and sinus; 2. Hormone therapy intolerance; 3. There are serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, or abnormal liver function, AST, ALT 1.5/2 times greater than normal creatinine is greater than the upper limit of normal value, mental patients, can't finish the inspection of the research related projects; 4. Women who intend to be pregnant, pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Having a history of drug, drug or alcohol abuse; 6. Partners or first degree relatives of staff or researchers at the research centre; 7. Participating in other clinical trials within the last three months; 8. Reject to follow-up.
