Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient going to have selective small incision coronary artery bypass grafting under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade I~III; 3. Expected survival time >3 months; 4. Can cooperate to observe adverse events and effects; 5. The patient or his legal representative signs a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI> 40 kg/m2; 2. Patients with a history of pulmonary surgery or respiratory insufficiency, pulmonary infection, active asthma; 3. Chronic renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 200 µmol/L); 4. Hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade B or above); 5. Hemodynamically unstable; 6. The patient has undergone long-term hormonal therapy or is in pregnancy; 7. Progressive neuromuscular disease; 8. The body temperature is above 38 degree C or there are obvious clinical infections that can affect clinical trials.
