Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Closed calcaneal fractures of Sanders II, III and IV; (2) Bone defect > 2 cubic centimeters in open reduction and internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pathological calcaneal fracture; (2) Old calcaneal fracture; (3) Accompanied by other serious ankle disease; (4) Unsuitable for surgery due to chronic consumptive or infectious diseases.
