Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of AMI; (2) Aged = 18 years old; (3) Sustained chest pain begins to the vascular blood flow reperfusion of the offender STEMI = 12 h, NSTEMI = 72 h; (4) Agree to participate in the trial population.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass grafting and PCI; (2) severe peripheral vascular disease; (3) severe renal insufficiency (creatinine >353µmol/L); (4) malignant tumor; (5) preoperative cardiac arrest, cardiogenic shock; (6) The criminal blood vessel was not successfully opened; (7) Patients who withdrew from the study after surgery.
