Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) shall conform to the Roman IV: functional gastrointestinal disease/bowel - abnormal brain interaction (2016 revision) "the prescribed standards for the diagnosis of IBS and FD; 2) Aged 18 to 70 years; 3) the course of the disease is more than 6 months; 4) at least 2 weeks before enrollment, no drug treatment (excluding emergency treatment) or fecal microbiota transplantation was conducted for IBS, FD, SIBO and periodontitis. Cannot participate in other clinical programs at the same time; 5) voluntarily sign the informed consent and participate in the clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with severe diseases of the liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and mental diseases that significantly affect cognitive function; 2. patients with definite intestinal organic diseases; Suffering from diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other systemic diseases which will affect the digestive tract power; 3. during pregnancy, lactation or less than 12 months after childbirth; 4. patients with poor compliance.
