Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Critical patients with tracheal intubation less than 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged less than 15 years; 2. Refusal to be admitted; 3. Pulmonary infection; 4. Aspiration.
