20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled to undergo laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 20~65 years; 3. BMI18.5~28 kg/m2; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experiencing pain before surgery for any reason and take analgesics; 2. Pregnancy or breast feeding; 3. Signifcant heart, kidney, or liver disease; 4. Psychiatric or neurological disorders; 5. Contraindications or hypersensitivity reactions to lidocaine or magnesium.
