18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18 years or older and referred for colonoscopy for screening, clinical symptoms and surveillance; 2) Patients able to give informed consent were eligible to participate; 3) Able and willing to comply with all study process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with absolute contraindications to colonoscopy examination; 2) Known polyposis syndromes; 3) A history of inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer and colorectal surgery; 4) Patients with prior failed colonoscopy; 5) patients with a contraindication for biopsy; 6) Known or suspected bowel obstruction or perforation; 7) Patients in pregnancy or lactation; 8) Researchers believe that the patient is not suitable to participate in the trial.
