Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing general anesthesia; (2) Age = 65 years old, without limitation of sex; (3) Estimated duration of operation (> 60 minutes); (4) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Delirium occurred within two weeks before operation; (2) Failure to cooperate with those who are unable to communicate.
