Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Medical history: Pain is a paroxysmal recurrent episode; there is a "trigger point" and a clear induced action; the trigeminal nerve function is normal; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for primary trigeminal neuralgia; (3) Receiving balloon compression or radiofrequency ablation; (4) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Trigeminal neuralgia secondary to brain tumors or multiple sclerosis; (2) Follow-up could not be completed on time after surgery; (3) Cognitive impairment or failure to subjectively express symptoms of discomfort; (4) Patients with other serious diseases (including diseases of heart, liver, kidney, etc.); (5) Patients with organic psychosis or severe autonomic dysfunction; (6) Those who cannot judge the efficacy and data are incomplete.
