Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who were admitted to the emergency surgery department of our hospital during the perioperative period diagnosted as criteria for multiple injuries, aged 20-90 years, expected to be hospitalized for more than one weekconscious and able to communicate (including non-verbal communication). The patients or their families informed consent and voluntarily participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-elective surgery patients, gastric emptying disorders, complete gastrointestinal obstruction, unable to use enteral preparations, fructose intolerance.
