Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged above 18 years old; 2. Need to establish vascular access immediately; 3. Twice attempts to establish peripheral venous access have failed or delayed treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwillingness to participate in clinical trials; 2. Fracture of puncture site; 3. Arthroplasty of punctured joints; 4. Infection of puncture site; 5. Amputation; 6. Hemorrhagic diseases.
