18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients needed flexible bronchoscopy; (2) Basic blood pressure:systolic blood pressure<180mmHg,diastolic blood pressure<110mmHg; (3) aged between 18 and 75 years old; (4) ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with obvious disease of important organs before surgery; (2) patient with a history of allergies; (3) patient with communication impairment or can't coorperate with medical staff; (4) severe hypoxemia patients (basic oxygen saturationSPO2<85%); (5) pregnant woman.
