Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 diabetes mellitus with a history of two years or more than two years and regularly use hypoglycemic drugs), aged 25 to 65 years, ASA I ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cardiac surgery and pregnant women; (2) Patients with preoperative cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney function or electrolyte abnormalities; (3) ECG patients with obvious arrhythmia, including atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block, etc, or heart rate Corrected QT interval (QTc interval) male=450 ms, female=460 ms; (4) Using drugs known to inhibit fast-acting delayed rectifier potassium current (IKr) and prolonging QT interval (anti-arrhythmia drug, ß Receptor blockers, antidepressants, phenothiazines, etc).
