Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected or confirmed CTO: Coronary angiography showed total occlusion of one or more coronary arteries with TIMI 0 or 1 grade of forward flow lasting for more than 3 months; 2. No coronary revascularization before baseline CMR imaging and no complication with other cardiovascular diseases; 3. PCI was performed within 1 week of baseline CMR examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute coronary syndrome occurred within 3 months; 2. Taking coffee stimulants within 24 hours before CMR; 3. Image quality is not competent for diagnosis and the informed consent is withdrawn by the subject; 4. ATP allergy or intolerance (severe asthma, conduction block, etc.), Gd contrast agent allergy; 5. Severe patients with malignant arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction, severe cardiac insufficiency, instability of vital signs, renal insufficiency or glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min; 6.
