Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Sign the informed consent; 2)Age=18 and 3 months; 11)Contraceptive measures must be taken during treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of allergies to biological agents; 2) did not recover from the toxic reaction of previous treatment to 0-1 degrees (CTC AE 4.0); 3) There is uncontrolled central nervous system metastasis; 4) There are important organ dysfunction and severe heart disease, including congestive heart failure, uncontrollable arrhythmia, angina requiring long-term medical treatment, heart valve disease, myocardial infarction, and patients with refractory hypertension; 5) Women during pregnancy or lactation; 6) There are uncontrolled infections, thrombosis, bleeding risks, etc.; 7) There are chronic diseases that are not well controlled, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, peptic ulcer, chronic hepatitis, mental illness, etc.; 8) The investigator believes that the study is not suitable; 9) The patient has a history of other malignant tumors, except for cured skin basal cell carcinoma and cervical cancer.
