Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Osteoporotic patients aged at least 65 years, with the diagnosis of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture through slight injury or no injury. 2. Fresh vertebral compression fracture diagnosed by image examination, the height of front vertebral edge loss more than 1/3 or the height of front vertebral edge loss less than 1/3 but the VAS score was more than 5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Vertebral compression fracture with compression of the spinal cord or nerve root and needed to do decompression surgery; 2. Pathologic compression fracture by metastasis; 3. Patients with severe coagulation disease; 4. Patients with local skin infection or systemic infectious disease; 5. Patients can not be followed-up on schedule after treatment.
