18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. ASA 1 to 2; 3. BMI 18-27kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with ear diseases, such as deformity and local infection of acupoint selection; 2. with factors affecting the communication between researchers and patients, such as deafness, mutism, psychiatric disorders; 3. bad anesthesia experience; 4. with history of opioids and sedative drugs; 5. with any abnormalities of nervous system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system and liver and kidney function; 6. with history of allergy to the needle materials; 7. underwent craniofacial and frontal surgery.
