Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status classification I-III; 2. Patients with no drug abuse; 3. Patients who do not have fluid andelectrolyte disturbance or acidbase imbalance; 4. Patients without a past history of obvious heart, lung, liver or kidney diseases; 5. BMI 21-29.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation disorders; 2. Patients with spinal diseases or past history of spinal surgery; 3. Patients who are in full-stomach or during emergency surgery; 4. Patients who have dysphasia or dysgnosia or unwilling to participate.
