Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pathological diagnosis of gastrointestinal malignancy; (2) undergoing chemotherapy; (3) hospitalized patients; (4) equal to or more than 18 years old; (5) estimated survival time more than 12 months;(6) patients with good language communication and understanding ability; (7) volunteered to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) diagnosis of mental disorders or cognitive disorders;(2) combined with other tumors.
