Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)People who can tolerate gastroscopy; (2) Gastroscopy was performed for symptoms of indigestion (including upper abdominal pain, upper abdominal distension, early satiety, belching, nausea, vomiting and other upper abdominal discomforts); (3) Voluntarily join the study and sign the relevant informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe heart, lung, brain, liver and other serious systemic diseases, or mental disorders can not cooperate; 2. History of gastric surgery: including surgery, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and dissection (ESD); 3. Those who are taking aspirin, warfarin and other anticoagulants or have coagulation dysfunction; 4. Gastric juice contains bile, blood and food residues; 5. Those who refuse to be examined; 6. Take Weilang patients in advance; 7. Pregnancy patients; 8. Medication history: Take the following drugs within one month before collecting specimens: (1) Antibiotics (oral, intramuscular and intravenous administration); (2) Microecological agents (probiotics, probiotics and synbiotics, etc.); (3) Various drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion (proton pump inhibitors and H2 receptor antagonists, etc.); (4) Cytokines, immunosuppressants and cytotoxic agents, etc.; (5) Hormones; (6) Other drugs affecting gastric microflora.
