50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A definite diagnosis of bilateral knee osteoarthritis; the grade of the Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale was similar; valgus deformity80 degree, and BMI <28 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With history of or objective findings indicating cardiopulmonary disease (i.e. ASA-score = 3); compromise of soft-tissue envelope; previously operated joint, and joints requiring a complex reconstruction with bone graft and/or prosthetic augmentation.
