Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. fast =12 h, low carbohydrate, high fat and protein in diet 1 d before 18F-FDG imaging; 2. whole body 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging will be performed; 3. Subjects (patients) sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. insulin allergy; 2. Glu<5mmol/L; 3. K+<3.5mmol/L; 4. Without coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, pericardial disease, infective endocarditis,tumors of heart.
