Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring general anesthesia were adult males and females aged 18-64 of all Races.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had undergone head or neck surgery will be excluded. Additionally, patients in whom central venous catheters or other interventions that prevent full view of the features of the face in frontal and profile views as well as patients who were neither easy nor difficult to intubate by our criteria will be excluded. Patients who otherwise meet inclusion criteria but who do not consent to acquisition of photographic images of the head and neck will be excluded.
